I haven't been this hyped up for an arc ending yet and it's not even close! The show really does get better in time, all those memes weren't wrong after all. The pacing is still terrible but I'm really warming up to the story and characters. Definitely one of my fav shonen's right now even though I had my assumptions at first.

The pacing being terrible is the curse of weekly released anime. Manga's much better paced. with a lot less recaps/padding

I would recommend anyone annoyed with the slow pacing and long recaps to watch the fan project, One Pace, as it massively cuts down on the anime only fluff padding for time and makes it an experience closer to the manga
